Having trouble with the secure order form?
If you are using America Online (AOL) or an older web browser, you may have received a "No Valid Server Authentication" message when you attempted to enter our secure order form. This is because the older browser is not able to recognize the latest in SSL security certificates.

You can update your browser easily and within a few minutes. Simply go to KEYWORD: "128 Browser" and let AOL automatically install the latest browser version. If you are using AOL for Windows 95, go to KEYWORD: "Netscape" for the latest browser.

Some browsers will allow you to enter the secure form if you choose the "Continue" button when you receive the "No Valid Server Authentication" message. However, it's recommended that you update your browser to avoid such problems.

How is my credit card billed?
Your discreet billing statement will show charges from "Tricon Interactive, Inc."

Can anyone tell what is in the package?
No, your order will arrive in a plain shipping box with "Tricon Interactive, Inc. or Efulfillmentplus.com " as the return address.

Is it safe to submit my credit card number online?
Yes, We use the latest SSL III Cryptography Technology for your protection.

Is my name safe with you?
Yes, we respect and protect you privacy. We never, under any circumstances sell or give out names or credit card information to anyone! Your private information never leaves our company. Furthermore, we never send out mailings or catalogs.

Can I order by cash, check or money order?
Yes, for your convenience we do accept cash, check and money orders. Simply select the items you with to purchase by using our shopping cart system. When you are ready to check out, just click on the "Checkout" button and you will be given options to pay for your order by cash, check or money order. Please note: If you pay by check your order will not ship until your check has cleared.

What is your return policy?
15 day refund or exchange policy applies for VHS Videos, VCD's, DVD's, CD-ROM's and Books. If you wish to return an item/s, it must first meet the conditions below: 

  • Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
  • Opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Defective movies will be replaced with the same title only.
  • Due to our super low discounted prices, shipping costs are not refundable. Any items that are defective will be replaced at no additional cost.
  • International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping if order is refused.
  • Defective novelty items can only be replaced with another of the same item, no substitutions will be made and no refunds will be issued.
  • Non-defective novelties may not be returned for any reason.

Sales are final for all other products.  Defective items will be exchanged for the same product only, provided the product was returned to us within 15 days of the date you received your order. After that period, you must contact the original manufacturer for any warranty.

Why do I need to register my Credit Card with you?
To protect you from credit card fraud, in some instances we may require you to register your credit card with us so we can verify that your card does indeed belong to you. Usually if you are placing an order that is to be shipped internationally, we will require you to register with us. Furthermore, the credit card registration form contains shipping terms/agreements that let us know how you want your order shipped.
